About the Project

A New Urban Landmark in Punjab

Aeroland is a meticulously planned township by the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), strategically located in the villages of Nandiali, Dyalpur, Bakarpur, and Matran — in the heart of the emerging Chandigarh-Mohali urban corridor.

Spanning across two well-defined pockets (Pocket A near Aerocity and Pocket B near Matran), Aeroland is designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing infrastructure of Aerocity, IT City Mohali, and the Chandigarh International Airport ecosystem.

Our Vision

To create a world-class, self-sustaining township that harmonizes modern living with economic opportunity — serving as the gateway to Punjab's aviation and technology future.

Our Mission

To deliver planned, transparent, and sustainable urban development backed by the Government of Punjab — offering investors, residents, and businesses a secure and high-value address near the Chandigarh International Airport.
